As Director of Channel Sales Scott is responsible for Seco’s go to market strategy worldwide as well as business development in North America. He has 20 years of industry experience with the first 14 being in distribution. In his current role he has focused on channel enablement. Also driving a strong culture both internally at Seco and with their selected sales channels. He is also leading their global sustainability initiatives, specifically gender equity, diversity and inclusion. Seco is one of the world’s largest providers of comprehensive metal cutting solutions.
Prior to Seco, Scott’s distribution background has gained him a unique perspective on the channel. That insight along with a clear vision of the future of our industry has helped Seco earn a reputation as a leader and a valued supplier. He worked many positions in his tenure at Mahar Tool Supply, including Vice President of Sales and Tool Management Director before that. He has consistently demonstrated success in collaborating throughout the supply chain.
Scott and his wife Lauren have been married for 20 years. They have 7 year old twin daughters, Gina and Liliana. When he is not engrossed in their many activities he enjoys playing golf and watching baseball.
