Speaker’s Bio: 

Paul is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Creston Industrial Sales, a Michigan based distributor specializing in cutting tools and metalworking products. He has been with the company since 2010 and held several different positions of increasing responsibility prior to assuming his current role of CEO. Creston has been a part of the Hendricks family for over 40 years. As the second generation of his family’s leadership, Paul proudly continues to directly serve Creston’s customers as well as lead its strategic direction. Under his leadership, Creston has strengthened the company’s management and sales teams, developed standardized processes to ensure a consistent customer experience, and made key investments in IT infrastructure. All of these key initiatives have positioned Creston for explosive growth over the coming years.

Paul is an alumnus of Michigan State University. He spent the first years of his career in the construction industry working as a Commercial Project Manager prior to entering the family business. Paul lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife, Heidi, and their two children, Madeline and Wyatt.
